Agreement

By accessing or using the OLabs website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

OnyxLabs Private Limited ("OLabs") provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property created during a project is transferred to the client upon full payment. OLabs retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary code in future work.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information, business data, or project details with third parties without your explicit consent.

Payment

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issue.

Limitation of Liability

OLabs' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
